Refund Policy

1. Software Subscriptions

Schools participating in the Founding School Program receive EduvoraX free for the first year. Subscription fees for subsequent years are agreed upon prior to renewal. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once activated unless specified in a written agreement.

2. Student School Fee Payments

Online school fee collections processed via the EduvoraX platform are deposited directly into the respective school's merchant bank account. Any requests for fee refunds, overpayments, or cancellations must be handled directly by the parent with the school administration according to the school's internal fee policies.
