1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EduvoraX, school owners, administrators, teachers, and users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Service Scope & Founding School Program
EduvoraX provides cloud-based institutional ERP software for managing student data, attendance, examinations, homework, and fee records. Under our Founding School Program, eligible schools receive access free for their first year. Renewal terms and pricing will be communicated transparently prior to subscription expiration.
3. User Responsibilities
Schools are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the platform (student names, phone numbers, grades, and fee amounts) is accurate and authorized. Admin user credentials must be kept confidential.
4. Payment Gateway & Direct Settlements
When online fee collection is activated, transactions are processed directly between parents and the school's configured payment gateway merchant account (e.g., Razorpay). EduvoraX does not hold school funds or charge transaction processing fees on direct settlements.
